CAPA is the largest association of counsellors and psychotherapists in NSW. Counselling and psychotherapy are talking-based therapies to help people develop understanding about themselves and make positive changes in their lives. Professional counsellors and psychotherapists work with their clients in a clearly contracted, principled relationship to allow them to explore and resolve issues.
